SUMMARY:Two Day Beginner Fusing
DESCRIPTION:Glass fusing is the art of assembling glass components and then firing them in a kiln. This technique allows you to make fantastic platters\, bowls\, sinks and wall pieces. Lucinda will pass on all the information you need to choose the right glass for success\, cut and assemble the components and provide all the information needed to fire the projects in a kiln. During this weekend class you will make four 6 x 6 inch tiles that will allow you to try four different techniques and one 10 x 10 inch plate that can be a design of your choice. \nAll the materials needed for this class as well as firing of the projects are included. No previous glass experience is needed for this class however you will need to have your own glass cutter which can be purchased at PSG before the class. After the class you can hire us to custom fire work work in our kilns. \nTuition is $327.00. This includes GST and all materials (except for a glass cutter) \nClass will be held from 10-4 on Tuesday and 10-2 on Wednesday.
