Beginner Stained Glass Class | Prairie Studio Glass

Looking to start your journey into the world of Art Glass? This is THE class to get you started. During this 2 day or 3 evenings class, we will teach you all the skills required to properly use the tools and materials needed to make your very own stained glass window hanging. You will have the opportunity to try all the tools needed to work in glass before you buy, ensuring you purchase the right tools for you. This class is geared to beginners, Teens over 14 are welcome with an adult. Experienced glass workers are welcome to join, but you will need to call us to register please.

Our current available class dates are:

2 day classes:

August 26th and 27th, 12:00-4:30 per day

September 26th and October 3rd 12:00- 4:30 per day

November 14th and 21st 12:00- 4:30 per day

3 evenings classes:

September 17th, 24th and October 1st 6-9pm per day

October 8th, 15th and 22nd 6-9 pm per day

October 29th, November 5th, 12th 6-9pm per day

November 19th, 26th and December 3rd 6-9pm per day

The class cost shown includes, our expert instruction, the use of our tools and some of the supplies needed to make one window hanging.
The class cost does not include the sheet glass required to make your window hanging. The approximate glass cost for one window hanging will be $50-$100 depending on the glass you select.
You will need to come to the studio during regular business hours, prior to your class to select your pattern and glass.

If you cancel 14 days before the class start date a full refund minus a $7.50 admin fee will be provided. Under 14 days we try and fill your spot and if we are successful, a full refund minus a $7.50 admin fee will be provided. Unfortunately if we cannot fill your spot we cannot provide a refund.
